The Humbird is available for private hire. Experience the thrill of the unknown with your very own personal ghost hunting event. Gather your friends and embark on a spine-chilling adventure as you explore the haunted corners of our unique location, perfect for both seasoned ghost hunters and curious newcomers. The thrill of being the only ones in the building, allowing for a secluded and sterile way to collect evidence of the beyond as you uncover the buildings haunting secrets, and the past lives of our permanent residents.

A RV hookup is also available at the rear of the building for paranormal teams with mobile Paranormal Rigs. This comes with an additional $50 charge.

This pricing includes full access to all spaces with the exception of our personal residence. A staff member must be on site at all times for liability reasons. We have a fully functional bar, so at least staff member has to be with your party in our bar area and in our basement, which is only accessible through the bar. For our ghost hunts we close the bar area around 11pm-midnight, so we always recommend ghost hunting those locations in the building first.

Check in starts at 3pm and check out the next day is at 11am, giving you lots of time to explore. The price includes snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for free in our bar area and in our hotel concession room, including a continental breakfast. Hot food from our menu is available in the bar at an additional cost up until 5pm.

We can provide a brief history of our property and can lead the investigations with our equipment if you desire. We recommend hearing the history as that always assists in ghost hunting - if you know the history it's easier to communicate with the spirits.

We are a fully functional hotel and do take regular bookings just to spend the night, so the exact date you want may or may not be available based on existing hotel bookings. Note, we also do not allow for private bookings on holidays or holiday weekends, so the weekend of Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc. are blackout dates.

Bookings can be rescheduled up to 30 days before the event.
